Well, I believe if *she* thought it could hold her, she wouldn’t have just stayed there, waiting for it to entangle her.
Alternatively this happened Very fast with no room for reaction time.
If it’s only to hold her, then I fear it will not suffice; once she has a moment to gather her power, she’ll be able to wreak havoc if she’s merely restrained.
But I’ve seen where trees can crush and shatter rock into gravel and sand…
